Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $35 and shipped within the USA. *Please note that some medical items do not qualify for free shipping. International orders will pay shipping at checkout, with prices calculated based on the shipping location.
Discounts and Promo Codes
Arrowhead Goods Co. reserves the right to exclude any products from promo codes and discounts at any time for any reason. While most items are eligible for discounts, all medical items are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additionally, some items are priced as competitively as possible, and applying discounts would result in a loss. Thank you for understanding.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
Lead times
Most items are custom "made to order" meaning I do not have inventory to ship immediately. Typically orders ship under 5-7 days but can take longer during high volume. Once completed, your order will ship same/next day. All orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. ("Ready to ship" items are an exception)
Unique Leather Variations
No two leather goods are the same, resulting in slight variations such as color, small markings and thickness. This uniqueness makes every item we create one-of-a-kind. Due to the inherent differences in leather hides, not all products will look identical, embracing the beauty of leather where each item holds its own unique qualities.
Engraving
Unfortunately we do not offer engraving on any products at this time. Any request to engrave initials will not be honored.
